A lot of people think that tech house is boring. I strongly disagree. I rather like it.
See, it's all in how you listen to the music. If you expect some sort of anthemic, uplifting, ecstasy-inducing experience, then tech house is not the audiodrug you are looking for. You can't expect tech house to sound like trance, 'cos it's not. That would be like being disappointed that ambient drone music doesn't make you want to dance. :P
Tech house is one of my favorite genres of music because it's not very dramatic, but it is very groovy. The track I am posting, Permanent by Alex Stealthy, is a good example of this:
